What this website collects
This marketing site uses no cookies, loads no third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar) and performs no personal analytics.
The webserver keeps technically necessary access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent). These are retained for at most 30 days to defend against abuse, then deleted.

Data processing in the Deemarc product
Processing inside the product (DMARC reports, tenant configuration, metadata from Microsoft Graph) is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between Solvia GmbH and the customer, signed during onboarding.

Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Requests go to info@solvia.ch.
§ 05
Applicable law
The revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) applies. For data subjects in the EU/EEA, the GDPR applies in addition.
